Introduction

Your company is on a breakout trajectory 🎉, and you've passed your monthly quota on loofa? Worry not, we've got a straightforward policy for you.

How overages work

If you exceed your monthly quota on numbero of successful payments, you'll simply be bumped up to the next tier with a larger quota.

So, for instance, if you are currently on the $79/mo tier with up to 500 in monthly successful transactions, next month, you'll be upgraded to the $99/mo tier, giving you up to 1000 in monthly successful transactions.

You will not be charged extra for the current month. 👍

How we will communicate overages to you

We'll let you know via email when you have exceeded your monthly quota, so that you will know ahead of time whether you will be bumped up to the next tier of your subscription.
