What happens if I go over my quota?

If your successful transaction volume exceeds the tier you have paid for, our system will notify you and upgrade you to the next tier the following billing period.

Do you have a plan for large transaction volumes?

Yes! We do offer Enterprise tiers for companies who have large transaction volumes. Please get in touch with us and get a custom quote.

Do you offer startup discounts?

We do not have startup discounts per se, but our pricing is competitive and you get generous free tier to see if the product is the right fit for your needs, no strings attached!

Do you offer a free tier?

Yes, our free tier gives you up to 50 successful transactions per month, which is plenty for you to get comfortable with loofa, and could be sufficient for smaller scale indie projects.

What happens if I cancel my paid tier subscription?

You will be back on the free tier, which limits you to 50 successful transactions per month. If your transaction volume is higher than that, it'd be a good idea to upgrade to a paid tier 👍
